Anti-bias Practice Toward Children

This workshop will provide practical tools in how to reduce implicit bias and its impacts on your personal and professional practices with children. Objectives include the following:

(1) Understand how implicit bias affects children in schools and beyond;

(2) Explore the shift from dictatorship to leadership between adults and children;

(3) Practice self-compassion on your anti-bias journey; and

(4) Learn how to safely challenge yourself and children to new heights.
