About the event

Rewire your brain by learning how to reparent yourself.

This class is to develop a more secure attachment style, improve your close relationships, heal your triggers, and bring you greater peace of mind.

Join this 10-week deep dive into how to calm, comfort, and connect with the part of us that insists on getting our attention in sometimes mischievous ways.

Each week we'll practice a new inquiry tool for healing the following:

- How We Treat Ourselves (September and October)

- How We Treat Others (November and December)

- How We Scare Ourselves about the Future (January)

- Past Hurts (February)

- Addiction (March)

- Body Stress (April)

- Self Sabotage (May)

- Making amends to the self (June)

The adage is true: Learn how to love yourself better and you'll find it easier to love those around you.


Reparenting Yourself] helped me to listen to the voice of my inner child- in a way I wished I had been listened to by my parents. This has had a profound impact on my parenting. I feel like I am beginning to understand how to listen to my 4 year-old son in the way that he needs me to listen. The group participation + interaction helped me to see behavior as communication- in him and also in myself--and has drastically reduced stress in our household. I feel like there is more room to enjoy life and appreciate different ways of being.
