Playing with Body-based Tools for Creating Change in Relationships and the World from the Inside Out

Through experiential activities, small group sharing, and whole group process, this learning opportunity will invite participants to:

• Understand our nervous system responses to fear and power as first step toward creating change (June 7),
• Explore our positionality in the system as another important step toward creating change (June 21),
• Try somatic practices that nurture inner change (July 5), and
• Gain tools to stay connected in conflict for outer change (July 19).
